At Eviva, we strive to ensure your home renovation is seamless; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your vanity, faucet, or accessory in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
